A graphic and web designer living and working in Los Angeles, I owe my twenty-year career to photography. While studying photojournalism, I became editor of the college newspaper. There, I discovered an interest in layout and visual design, and have been doing it ever since.
In 2010, a long-term design and branding project producing lifestyle web content for alt fashion brand Lip Service brought my focus back full circle. I started shooting photos again, but leaning more creative than informative. I most enjoy shooting people, exploring ranges of mood and expression between portraits or more dynamic editorial shots. But, as a Dungeons & Dragons enthusiast (player and dungeon master), I also like shooting urban landscapes and street photography to capture the everyday magic of L.A. I’ve shot an interesting variety of subjects and themes, and I’m currently focused on shooting portraits.
